Early check-in from 1:00 PM is available for an additional £10 (subject to availability). This must be requested during the booking process.
Access codes for the building and your apartment will be provided a couple of days before your arrival.

Check-out:  10am
Late check-out until 11:00 AM is available for an additional £10 (subject to availability). This must be requested in advance during booking.
Unscheduled late check-outs will incur a charge of £10 per hour.

Parking:
Private, secure on-site parking is available beneath the building.
Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance at £10 per night. Availability can be checked during the booking process.

Wifi:
Complimentary WiFi is available in all apartments.

Laundry:
For full-service laundry, a launderette is located in Handbridge, just across the bridge over the River Dee, a short walk from the apartments.

Guest Age Requirement :
We regret that we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 25.  

House Rules:
Respect for Other Guests: Please be mindful of noise levels. Reports of antisocial behavior, such as loud music or gatherings, will result in a £100 penalty fee.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the building, including leaning out of windows. A £100 penalty fee will apply for any violations.

Tesco Express – Located at the top of Lower Bridge Street (300m, turn right at the traffic lights).
Sainsbury’s Local – At the top of Bridge Street near The Cross in the city center.
Co-op – Over the bridge in Handbridge, next to the petrol station.
